Our Story
Kostiv Tanzania Group began with a simple yet bold vision: To transform Tanzania’s fertile highlands into a global hub for premium Hass avocado production while showcasing the country’s iconic landscapes through world-class tourism and hospitality.
What started as an idea has grown into a movement. In Njombe, with its high altitude, rich volcanic soils, gentle climate, and pure water, we saw the perfect conditions for cultivating Hass avocados that exceed global export standards. At the same time, we recognized Tanzania’s unmatched natural heritage from vast savannahs to ancient forests and committed ourselves to creating experiences that connect discerning travelers with the beauty, culture, and warmth of this land.
Yet for us, this story is not only about avocados or tourism. It is about people and purpose. From day one, we have worked side by side with local communities investing in roads, healthcare, education, and opportunities. The land provides fruit and adventure, but the people provide strength.
